Weekly Happenings

Father’s Day Store is this week on Thursday.  Explorers and Preschool will be shopping for those special men in their lives.  Gifts are $2.00 each and envelopes are available in your child’s classroom for payment to be dropped off.

Donuts for Dad will be Friday morning from 6:45am-8:45am.  Dads, stop by the front lobby and pick up a treat!

We are placing another order for MCDC T-shirts.  Please turn in your order form and payment to the red box in the front lobby by this Friday the 17th.

NASA Day in the Park is this Saturday the 18th from 10am-3pm on the east side of Big Spring Park.  We have been invited to kick off the event with a parade at 10:45am.  We will be lining up for the parade at 10:30am on the side by Huntsville Utilities.  Maps are available at the front desk.  Please let me know if your family will be in attendance.  We plan to have snacks and drinks after the parade around the Education Tent.  We will also have some fun activities for the children.  There are several events going on downtown on Saturday, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to park and walk!
