• Conduct Board and General Membership Meetings (bi-weekly)
• Board Elections (spring)
• Budget Review/Approval (October)
• Send out Call for Nominations of MCDC Board (early spring)
• Coordinate Survey of Other Daycares (periodically)
• Send out Budget Proposal (October)
• Send out Parent Surveys (November)
• Schedule and Conduct Open Forums (minimum spring and fall)
