Mission
The mission of the Marshall
Child Development Center (MCDC) is to provide a safe, stimulating, learning
environment for young children, nurture self-esteem, foster well-being,
facilitate social development, nourish and maintain emotional help,
foster creativity, encourage self-discipline and self-control, promote
language development and encourage cognitive growth in and of the child
and work cooperatively with parents and the community.
